Terms & Conditions - Project Display Ltd

Quotations are valid for 7 days.
A quotation or tender by the Seller (Project Display Ltd) does not constitute an offer and the Seller reserves the right to withdraw or amend at any time prior to the Seller’s acceptance of the Purchaser’s order.
All costs quoted exclude carriage charges & VAT unless otherwise stated.
Any special packaging requested by the Purchaser shall be the subject of an additional charge.
Any additional work to the product, including changes in size, addition holes etc will be subject to an additional charge.

Delivery lead times given at quote stage are subject to confirmation at time of placing order and may differ from that as quoted due to stocks and manufacturing capacity.
Lead times are subject to change in instances where full or part payment with order is required.
If customer has credit facilities in place and the order value exceeds their credit limit, they may be required to pay the balance prior to goods being despatched.

The seller reserves the right to decline any purchase order without given reason.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that all details of order acknowledgements are correct and amend, if necessary, within 12 hours of receipt.
Once confirmed, it is unlikely that orders can be amended due to the manufacturing process, however if changes can be made, these will be chargeable to the purchaser where applicable.

Date of delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. The Purchaser shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods on the specified date due to fault of the customer or courier.
In some circumstances the delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather or such.
In the event of any damage-in-transit issues, all delivery notes must be signed “Damaged” and the Seller must be informed within 24 hours.

All products will comply with all statutory requirements and regulations relating to the sale of the goods.
The goods are at the purchasers’ risks from when you receive them.
The seller has no responsibility over install of the goods.
UK manufactured products are under a 1 year warranty from point of delivery.
Goods must be returned to the Purchaser to repair or replace within the 1 year warranty time.
The warranty is void should the product have been altered in anyway.
If upon receiving the products back, the Purchaser finds any faults or alterations to the product that were caused during installation or such, they reserve the right to invoice for any amendments that need to be made.

Payment terms are 30 days end of month, on account unless otherwise agreed.
Purchasers without a credit facility will need to pay pro-forma invoice, prior to any goods being manufactured.
All goods remain the property of Project Display Ltd until payment is received in full.
A grace period of 21 days will be granted for samples and prototypes. Project Display Ltd reserves the right to invoice for goods that are not returned within 21 days, or that have been modified in any way.
